Wings Over Ta' Qali 2024

This year a new approach has been taken and we will share Wings Over Ta' Qali weekend together with ‘Wheels & Thrills’ event.
A variety of models will be present, from electric trainers to scale aerobatic, fighter jets, turbo props, scale and aerobatic helicopter and everything in between. We are also expecting the A.F.M. to be present with a static AW-139, confirmation due to logistics to be confirmed closer to date while we might also be graced with the presence of a privately owned helicopter and the Aviation Museum.
There will be a variation for everyone. For the aviation enthusiasts, there will be a various model on static and flying display. On Sunday, there will be also various cars and motorcycles on static display also as a Monster Truck and Jetman performing throughout the day. For the kids’ there will be a designated kids’ area with bouncy castles and kids’ karting. Food and refreshments kiosks will also be available. Pets are more then welcome to join their families!
On Saturday, parking on the side of the road will be possible just outside M.M.A.F.A. premises while on Sunday, the road leading to Malta Model Aircraft Flying Association will be closed for traffic, entrance will be next to Meridiana Gate. A large parking area will be available just 220m away from the main entrance.
Friday entrance will be free of charge. Saturday entrance will be against a €5 donation and this covers the M.M.A.F.A. premises. Sunday entrance will be against a €15 donation and this covers the M.M.A.F.A. and A.S.M.K. premises and the surrounding areas. All donations will be in aid of Special Olympics Malta.
